Gardasil is a vaccine used in girls and women 9 through 26 years of age for the prevention of the following diseases like Cervical, vulvar, vaginal, and anal cancer are caused by Human Papillomavirus (HPV).

Gardasil- 9 is an advanced vaccine produced afer gardasil in December 2014. This vaccine prevent humans ages from 9 to 45 against the following diseases caused by 9 types of HPV: cervical, vaginal, and vulvar cancers in females, and anal cancer and genital warts in both males and females. The vaccine is usually injected into the muscle in humans upper arm. It normally gives as two or three shots over the course of 6 to 12 months.

Evidences which support "GRADASIL-9 is a better Vaccine than Gardasil" are following:

1. Gardasil is a quadrivalent vaccine which protects against infection with HPV types 6, 11, 16, and 18. Type 6 and 11 do not cause cancer but can cause warts on or around the genitals, anus, mouth, or throat.

But Gradasil 9 is FDA approved vaccines protect against additional high-risk HPV types. This vaccine protects against infection with HPV types 6, 11, 16, 18, 31, 33, 45, 52 and 58

1. According to National Cancer Institute, The researchers compared Gardasil 9 with Gardasil and did not include a placebo control group. Consequently, the researchers were unable to directly determine the efficacy of Gardasil 9 in preventing diseases associated with the HPV types the vaccines have in common (HPV types 6, 11, 16, and 18).
