    • Analyzes the implications of these policies on the operations of health care organizations
  • Identify at least 3 state or federal laws that are relevant to the case, and complete the following:
    • Evaluate key legal factors that are inherent in the case.
    • Assess various policies and procedures that are inherent in these laws that relate to the provision of health care by providers or patient rights.
  • Differentiate between the demands of legal policies and ethical issues with relevance to the needs of the provider and patient.
  • Formulate an assessment of the potential impact of the case on decision-making options in the future for providers, patients, and administrators.

Abuse including physicallly striking or sexually assaulting a patient it also includes the intentional with holding of necessary food,physical care, and medical attention.patient neglect is an issue of increasing public concern in Europe and North America yet remains poorly understood .Patient neglect is found to have two aspects first procedure neglect which referes to failure of health care staffs to achieve objective standards of care,,Second caring neglect which refers to behaviours that lead patients and observers to believe tat staff have uncaring attitudes the percieved frequency of neglectfull behaviour varies by observer. Paients and their family members are more likely to report neglect than health care staff and nurse are more likely to report on the neglectful behaviours of others nureses are more likely to report on the neglectful behaviours of other nursed than on their own behaviour the causes of patients neglect frequently relate to organisational factors like high work load that constrain the bahavours of health care staff and burn out and the relationship between the carers and patients.
