1. Before transferring patient from wheel chair to bed put side rails on opposite side ,use gait and transfer belt to secure patiefrom falls.Position the patient next to the be din 30 to 45 degree angel, Move person bottom to the front of the surface they are sitting (Wheel chair.support the knee of patient with your knee to stand and transfer to bed.

2. Mechanical lift working are not we have to endure ,it need power supply chek that, arrange for grab bars in lift , it helps to hold a d stand on won. Lift floor should not be slippery. Encourage to use grab bars and move on to lift.

3. We need to use safety structures and equipment while allowing patient to take care of himself ,provide warm water , arrange for shower over head because regular bending to take water for bath from bucket is risky, encourage to use grab bars in wash room , advice to use sitting toilet by this education we can allow them for self care but be careful about invasive lines.

4. Left side weakness patient can not able to perform works on left side. Turn the patient right side and make them sit on bed.make to sit the patient in legs hang down position with the help of coworker place the your hand under shoulder and make the patient hand rest in your shoulder ,apply gait and transfer belt ,in advance arrange wheel chair near to bed with break lock yo avoid moving during positioning.With the support make the patient to sit in wheel chair.
