social, spiritual, functional, and chronological influences during a person lifetime and how these opinions may impact on the provision of the care provided to the older adult and identify any opinions that may need to adjust and why?

Old age care is essential for the fulfillment of the needs of elderly.. Old age should never be considered as a burden rather it should be accepted as a phase of life which is vital. Many people still have tension how to face old age. In old age people usually faces problem like memory problem, difficulty in communication,locomotion disability, multiple fracture and even depression.. Adequate care should be given to these people.. Now a days we even have old age home and nursing home specially for elderly.

Special care should be given to these people as many are avoided by family.. Recreation should also given. Many prefer for a spiritual life during this stage. Both mental and spiritual assistance can be given. Even yoga can be practised.

Geriatrics mainly aims at planning and coordinating the adult needs and prompt care at old age. Such that quLitt of life in old age can be improved.. Many face hearing difficulties which can be covered up to a limit with hearing aids. Walking support can be given to people who face in difficulty in locomotion.Nutritional service, home care, socialization are also helpful.
