Jenna works as an insurance biller for a large clinic. She delays calling the responsible party of a large family whose members are clients of the clinic because she knows she will become involved in a complex "hard luck" story that probably is true. What are Jenna's options in this case? Will the delay cause more problems?

Solutions

Expert Solution

Jenna must perform her duties no matter what the consequences are. She has to call the responsible party at the earliest. Any further delay in such matters usually worsens the situation. And sometimes even the manageable situation goes out of control, causing much severe damages. Thus, Jenna must act instantly as per her allotted role and responsibilities and report to her senior in case of any deviation or difficulty.
