Socrates believed that human beings have a non-material dimension to them ( the human psyche), which gives them the ability to escsape the limits of human emotion and social programming, and gives them the power to catch at least a “glimpse” of THE TRUTH. Socrates makes no “argument” that the psyche (often translated as “the soul”) exists. Later on, his most famous student, Plato, will attempt to do this. But Socrates tends to merely “assume” the existence of the human psyche. Is he on the right track by linking so many of his ideas. Including the defense of his actions that he offers at his trial, to the idea that human being have a psyche or soul?

Did Socrates succeed in showing that human beings have a non-material dimension to them (the human psyche), which gives them the ability to escape the limits of human emotion. and social programming, and gives them the power to catch at least a glimpse of THE TRUTH?

Socrates believed human being possesed a psyche and that determines our character and happiness. We have the ability to distinguish between the right and wrong and our mistakes.he believed that we may go through hardships in life without unserstang the perspective. When we to change it cannot happen suddenly but its a process that we have to go through. He expressed if a person's ideas were false we should not mislead others.

Plato was one of the best students of socrates.Plato is known for his idealistic and rationalistic approach.According to him the world strives to be perfect and complete, ideas are available through thought and phenomenos through senses.Senses can give us information about changing imperfect world of phenomena and provide implication with untime reality. He described the human body as ,material and moved, and soul wich is immortal and unmoved-freewill.he believes the soul will do good if it recognizes to do good.On doing good, soul is drawn to god.Our ethical goal in life is to come closer to god,by pure world of ideas and ideals. If some one who commited sin requires learning not punishment. He bbelieved that goal is self realization.

Any two human beings typically have an estimated 0.1% difference in their nucleotide sequences, which is equivalent to about 3 million nucleotide differences. Some of these SNPs actually lie in the region of the DNA that codes for protein, yet they have no effect on the phenotype of individuals carrying the SNP on both homologous chromosomes....
