Answer - The patient who suffering from diabetes mellitus need balancing insulin which according patient levels of blood sugar level and should be according to doctor's prescription.

Balancing insulin necessary if you intake high dose more than requirments you wil be hypoglycemic or more complications.

If require dose is low, it cause no any relief patient blood sugar level can't be control.

You can prevent from unnecessary complications, keep your body more energetic and also help to stable your blood sugar level.

So need a balance insulin which should be according to physicians prescription or according to severity of disease condition.

Physical activity can lower your blood sugar up to 24 hours or more after your workout by making your body more sensitive to insulin. Become familiar with how your blood sugar responds to exercise. Checking your blood sugar level more often before and after exercise can help you see the benefits of activity and help to adjust insulin dose.
