and prepare a birth plan suitable for placing onto the chart.

Be prepared to discuss and / or defend your plan in class.

A birth plan for first baby guide us about how your labor goes. There is so much anxiety, confusion toward first time baby delivery, fear about birth complications.

First you should take an appointment with expert obsterician and take proper guidance and advice about birth plan. The doctor will prescribe some diagnostic test, blood tests, hemoglobin level etc. Also they will assess baby position, presentation, baby position via Leopold manuver assessment.

They also find confirming baby 's presentation by ultrasound examination.

After examinations obsterician assess the condition that baby delivery should be prefer for vaginally or caesarian section.

She also advise and provide a proper guidance and couselling to pregnant women, her family members about birth plan, clear all doubts and help in making good birth plan for their baby.

A birth planning is important for first time baby birth to prevent any birth complications and for happy and healthy delivery. It guide us about best delivery points, best facilities according to patients conditions, It aware us and also aware to know for expected time for delivery.
