While making some important bussiness planning or scheme or may be even while making any constrution, we all make planning and strategies to make our idea successful, without a proper strategies, planning and tranning we can't reach to our destiny. This planning and startagies are a part of ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT. Step by step we ll go through all following question and there importance :-
Planning and Strategizing Training :-
Planning is a first step to start any work or project, that planning only gives all the other steps to the success. And, Strategizing training is a of strateging planning, identification of needs, creation of action and key performance, assinging to right audience, implemeting the idea etc, all are the part of strategizing training.
Its important :- planning and strategizing training is a backbone of any idea, without both of them an entrepenure or anyone who wants to establish anything ll not able to reach to their success.
Organizational Development :-
Organiztional development is a one of the branch of psychology, whose father was 'KURT LEWIN' who developed this branch of psychology where, in this subject students learn to managing and understanding oraganizational change.
