Positive aspects of working in the hospitality industry because it is a very secured and fast-growing industry, it provides more flexibility in our job and improves skills and knowledge when handling different cultures people in different places.
Positive and negative aspects with this industry provide us the perfect opportunity to meet the various people, this job gives us more patience even with a busy schedule. it offers flexibility, beyond regular wages this job gives us many perks in the hospitality sector. it provides growth and stability and improves creative thinking. we gain a lot of skills and experience when traveling in different worlds and different cultures. it opens the career path for matter and strong growth with secure employment, it is a very satisfying job.
Negative aspects of hospitality sometimes it will extend our working hours sometimes even on holidays, weekends, and late nights. there will be high stress to deal with various management due to constant moving job and we need to relocate often. out starting salary will be less but there is a lot of chance to grow.
We need passion and genuine interest in success. hospitality provides many jobs and increases socialization by working with many people, it increases communication help in solving complex problems.
It is a more enjoyable job when we fulfill customers needs with different cultural and ethnic groups and it is a creative one for designing our job, hospitality make us grow personally and professionally, it also helps to overcome many challenges and improve our critical thinking skills and make a commitment to fulfill the task.
