skills audit is a key piece of information for measuring and recording the skills of an individual or group.Typically this is conducted in organisation to identify and analyse the skills and knowledge that the organisation requires and also that it currently has.A personal skills audit is a very good way for an individual to identify their strengths and needs to develop.There are few skills that i would wish to develop and they are (i)soft skills (ii) Communication and Interpersonal (iii) Technology.To develop these skills a frame has to be put up for each of these and that is by setting a goal and breaking it down for each to think and list of all the reasons i might give up and the create my focus plan to a percentage for every stage as i progress and focus on one skill at a time.The time frame required to do this will be in progress i make initially but there would be a plan for it so that i can demonstrate the same and see it in practicality.one of the development skills which i have identified and want to develop a professional development program that will provide the necessary training is "Technical skills".

Consider the goals to be achieved in link with the technical skill.Draw the objectives where it is going to be implemented and how resourceful it is going to be for any future use create a plan for before and after the tranings and demonstartion.Improve The Training Experience:Recognize the potential vs.readiness in the skills areas and take up training and development required to learn and enhance the skills it needs to be continuous rather than a one-off.Foundation Skills Accessible: people are used to having direct access to information when and where they need it,hence continue the practise of reading,working on it along with the practical implmentaion skills content accessible and available on mobile devices or on any other internt options to further read and work on it.
