Solutions

Expert Solution

Technology brings secondary group more closer. It is possible to maintain contact through social networking sites such as WhatsApp, Facebook etc. People can take note of new activities and can be in touch. Technology adversly affects primary group. People forget to communicate with them and are busy in their mobile. This increases the distance between the primary group members. We see that many a times in restaurants a family is always busy in mobile rather than talking with each other.

I don't think bso it is possible to be contact with primary group members whom you have not met, since they are the first ones. Unless the case is when parents are seperated or such unhealthy case

Technology helps in increasing group size. People also have contacts for similar liking or similar career stream etc.

Societal groups can be based upon political ideology, religion etc. The sub types can be further idealogies.

Group dynamics is behaviour or thinking that is happening within group.

Group size - when group size is more people may or may not express their interest. If the goal is common then it is possible to maintain good group dynamics.

Leadership - These days transformational leadership helps in keeping positive mood within group. As people want to grow, they want to gain knowledge. Authoritative leadership does not works

Conformity - this is extent to which group confirms with each other and to ideologies. The conformity helps in keeping focus. It is also good for cognitive development.
