  • By 2014, every citizen of America is required to have a health insurance or is obligated to pay the penalty. Penalty will be applicable If a citizen does not have health insurance from the last three months.

  • The company’s which employee more than 50 full time workers are required to offer health insurance to their employees. Or the company will be penalized.
