What can be done ???
1) Don't ever use extension cords for appliances like Iron, heater or anything with heating element.
2) All major appliances should be plugged directly into a wall receptacle outlet. Only plug one heat producing appliance into a receptacle outlet at a time.
3) Do not put heavy appliances into single supply board at the same time
4) Increase the load of electricity meter if you want to use multiple air conditioners
5) Inspects cords for any damage and replace them immediately
6) Don’t attempt to plug extension cords into one another.
7) Make sure extension cords are properly rated for their intended use, indoor or outdoor, and meet or exceed the power needs of the device being used
8) Keep all outdoor extension cords clear of snow and standing water
