Whenever any product or services is being offered to any customers, the customer must be aware of the ingredients used for the production of that product. Apart from this, the customer should also be informed about the different direct and indirect benefits and possible harms which might be incurred if he or she consumes that product.
As an organization is mainly operating to fulfill the needs and requirements of the customers and thus serving the society. The businesses earn their profits from the customers and as a part of ethical business activities, any ingredients which are used for the production of the product must be communicated to the customers.
There are many products which are made of some substances which could harm or create health risks for many customers. It is important for the producers to have a statutory warning or to have this information communicated to the customers so that f they are prone or sensitive to those kinds of health risks, then they do not consume those services in order to prevent any future health risks.
Thus it is very important for the businesses to communicate any possible health risk associated with the products to the customers.
