Technology has a vast impact on our day to day life. which makes our life so much easier and comfortable. In the hospitality business, it gives too much impact on supplier and consumer both. some of which are as follows:

1) Internet:- Internet is the easiest way to connects persons. People search locations and do booking before the journey starts. With the help of internet hotels and hospitality business put there accommodation rate, capacity, occupancy, vacancy of seat/room, with the suitable image of the room and its location. which greatly improve the booking and profitability.

2) Reservation:- Online reservation system ensure that the seat/room will be booked for the specific days. it improves the business of hospitality business, as anyone can book as per his/her journey plan and do the payment online. seller has the benefit that he gets the payment for future supplies of room.

3) Computer system:- computer system is essential tools to get streamline communications form branch, customer, accessing online stuff like social media and advertisement, online booking and managing the various aspects of a business from management, work allocations to accounting and the current position of room availability.
