Railway labour act 1926:

Norris - la guardia Act 1932
This law provided the much-needed breathing space for the labourers in terms of giving certain legal and judicial rights say removing the barriers against organised labour in United States of America this act is also called as the anti - injection Bill of 1932. This law is remarkable for one of the most astonishing fact that it outlawed the yellow dog contract which prohibited workers from joining labour union.
National labour relations act 1935
this act is also called as Wagner act. This act to encourage the
practice of collective bargaining by protesting workers also it
provided a freedom of association and also self organisation so
when days progressed we can see number of reforms or legislations
coming in the form of giving more powers to the union in United
States.
fair labour standards act 1938

But unfortunately as a blow in the area here comes the Taft-hartley amendment of 1947 now the US federal law monitors the activities and powers of labour union thereby the ability to strike is drastically reduced.
Landrum griffin act of 1959
