The incumbent governor is interested in assessing his or her chances of returning to office and plans to conduct a survey of 2,000 registered voters in the state. The incumbent governor is interested only in less than 80%. From the survey, 1,560 registered voters said they planned to vote for the incumbent governor. At the 9% significance level, can the incumbent governor be assured of reelection?
