Women is allowed to choose a cesarean birth if doctor declares her physically and medicaly fit. If there is no risk for the baby and the mother then she can choose cesarean delivery, but she should inform this thiong earlier so that doctor can do necessary things before delivery.

In ancient periods all women chose vaginal delivery, most of the deliveries were conducted at home only, in home only vaginal delivery is possible. Most of the women chose vaginal delivery because in this There is less blood loss compared to the cesarian delivery, fast recovery, after delivery women recovers within a month and can do normal house chores work, She can eat whatever she wants, no need to take prolonged bed rest, during vaginal delivery there is pain but in cesarian delivery the surgery site is worse painful.

Nowadays most of the women opt for a cesarean delivery, because women fear of labour pain which occurs during delivery. We can't explain in words how much pain a women suffers during labour pain. So, ladies go for elective cesarean birth, which is much easier than vaginal delivery, doctors prepare the patient for delivery, patient doesn't need to do any thing, no need to push, or to do a great pressure. The doctors will do the surgery put the baby out.

The pregnant woman should not be forced for cesarean delivery if there is no indication.

We cannot force for cesarean delivery if she doesn't want this procedure even though it may be the beneficial for the wellbeing of the fetus. We can only explain the condition of the fetus and the mother that if cesarean delivery is not done then it is risky for the life of the baby, they will lose the child. The doctors should take a high risk condition explanation consent from the patient and the relative, that later it may not cause any problem for the hospital and staff. Every thing is explained clearly and the patient has signed on it, if anything occurs to the baby or the expecting mother then hospital or any of the staff will not be responsible for the same.
