A partial bith abortion is a procedure in which the abortionist pulls the living baby's feet first out of the womb into the birth canal except head. He then puncture the base of the baby's skull with a surgical instrument. He introduces a catheter through the wound and removes the baby's brain with a powerful suction machine. This causes collapse of the baby's skull then the abortionist remove the dead baby.

The only reason that supports this method of abortion is to safeguard the life of mother in case of life threathening conditions like physical injury or due to pregnancy itself.

I am also against the use of practice of such a method of abortion. There are other ways to abort a child then why one has to behave so inhumane. Its against the moral ethics of a medical profession to promote such procedure which have no proven benefit over mothers health. Its an act of cruelity which is banned by most of the countries. An incidence of abortion whether intentional or unintentional lays a huge stress and depression on a mother. And if the method is so inhumane, it will leave a life long guilt in her mind.

ANSWER 2) The genetic markers can be used to study the relationship between an inherited disease and its genetic cause. It helps to identify if a person have any genetic condition or disorder or is likely to develop a disease based on his or her genetic makeup. The stem cell research is the study of different types of stem cells like embryonic,tissue specific and cancer stem cells which offer the possibility of renewable source of relpacement cells and tissues to treat diseases.

The use of genetic markers to check the competency of employees, use of genetic markers to find the herediary heir of the child, use of genetic markers to set discrimation among different diversity of people raises a controversal issues. The source to obtain the stem cell for a stem cell research is often the cause of controversy because stem cells are derived from dead fetus, embryo or some people willingly undergo abortion to donate stem cells. The cultural and religious traditions and beliefs also raise controveries as they do not allow the use of human life considering the life begins as soon as embryo is formed.
