Data analysis: Data is the source of information which provide to draw a history of patient health and entire aspect of life.

Nursing diagnosis:It is a clinical judgment about individual, family, or community responses to actual or potential health problems/life processes

Interdependent action: Those are the actions which are connected to each other and one had specific role in another action.

Interpersonal skills: It are the behaviors and tactics a person uses to interact with others effectively.

Problem solving process is an important part of nursing process. To solve the problems in patient or in occupation we need to use the critical thinking. Each prolem had different solutions according to the situation so we need to use critical thinking.

Patients had restricted mobility due to paralysis of oneside. So we need to provide proper position change and comfortable position to the patient. Change the position of patient in every 4 hours periodically. And assist atient in walking and teach ROM exercises etc.

Impaired skin integirity related to imobility so we need to provide position change and provide back care to the patient.

It is the data obtained by doctors and nurses through observing the patient condition. It is the data obtained by patients own discription about self condition.
