The scope of nursing has changed widely in nowadays, Opportunity for nurses are also burgeoning day by day.In past, nurses were limited to care to give. but now nurses are in administration, telecommuting, and the list are lengthy.An ageing population and sedentary lifestyle of humans increased the craving for more nurses. also, new challenges by federal legislation, the nursing industry being forced to ensure that the hospitals and other organizations like home care are able to continue to provide the best possible care.

the increase in the count of patients is in a fast pace.A nurse has to ensure the quality of care and for that, it requires staying abreast of industry developments to make sure that, up-to-minute with the latest and greatest trends and inventions which helps in clinical practice.
