Level1: evidence from a systematic review/ meta analysis of all relevant randomised controlled trials of evidence based clinical practice guideline based on systematic review of RCTS

Level 2; evidence obtained from atleast one well designed RCT

Level 3: evidence obtained from well desingned controlled trials with out randomiation

Level 4: evidence obtained from well designed case control and cohort studies

Level 5: evidence from systematic reviews of descriptive and qualitative studies

Level 6: evidence from single descriptive or qualitative study

Level 7; evidence fromthe openion of authorities / report of expert committies

2. Research practice gap ;Research practice gap is defined as a gap between the knowledge aquired from researches and what we practice in bed side.it is the gap formed with the practice and researched interventions.it is a problem between education and education practice.
