Automation will have both positive and negative effects. On one hand it will improve the efficiency, reduce time to complete job, increase speed and accuracy but on other hand it will result in large scale unemployment as it will replace human labor. But it will also create new type of jobs requiring highly skilled and technically advanced people.
The jobs with the highest chance of being automated include manufacturing and agriculture, as many roles in these industries are already being automated. Robots can easily perform manual labor. They can perform physical and predictable tasks more quickly and efficiently as compared to humans.
The sectors where automation can take place include food preparation, construction, cleaning, driving, agricultural cleaning, clothes manufacturing etc. Automation will help to complete such jobs easily and in less time.
The jobs resistant to automation include those requiring skills like social intelligence, cognitive intelligence and perception and manipulation. For Example A teacher, a healthcare worker, people in hospitality and upper management who have to take complex and important decisions, people in entertainment business like acting, dancing will be least impacted by automation
These professions require a great deal of empathy, social perceptiveness, and cognitive intelligence and robots cannot master these skills easily.

Cons
To conclude to some extent automation is justified but too much dependency on it will only result in disappointment. After all only humans have made robots. This signifies that human brain and skills are far more superior.
