Solutions

Expert Solution

Yes, money could be he motivator and it depends upon individuals. As individuals have diverse needs thus cash's hugeness can't be denied in any period. It is the essential target of the vast majority to accomplish the ideal advantages for their endeavors throughout everyday life.

According to Mayo's theory, workers are spurred much more by social factors, for example, consideration and brotherhood than by monetary rewards.

Under Maslow’s Hierarchy, money would be recognized within the safety category. When you have cash you feel secure, in light of the fact that you have an asset you have to survive. As indicated by Maslow once that need is satisfied you move to the following level for inspiration.

Herzberg’s Motivation-Hygiene Theory i.e. the two factor theory, Herzberg called the satisfiers a motivators and dissatisfiers the hygiene factors. Money is hygiene factor. It is a natural need since you require cash for food, water and shelter. Cash turns into a drive for all individuals in light of this reality. It will give a short keep running of inspiration since we require it to survive.

Note:- All of these theories show that money is a short term motivator whereas, William Ouchi's theory emphasized on trust, subtlety and intimacy.

There is a pair of functions in stdlib.h (make sure to include it) that are used for generating pseudo-random numbers. These are "srand" and "rand". Examples are on pages 686 and 687. E.g., function "srand(3)" provides the seed value of 3 to the srand function. (3 is just a number, and probably isn't even a good number for this purpose, but that's a discussion for another time). The reason that we use a seed value is so that we can...
