MAGNESIUM SULFATE:Is a drug of choice to treat pregnant women with pre eclampsia and prolong a pregnancy by reducing the uterine contractions.During infusion the uterine contractions being assessed with cardiotocogram.

TESTOSTERONE

Testosterone is drug used for fetal brain development,mainlysexual differentiation.

1.MISOPROSTOL

Misoprostol is a prostaglandinE1,which result in cervical softening ,dilation and uterine contractions.This drug act on myometrial cell to induce strong contraction which helps in the contractions and also act on cervix for ripening.

2.ESTROGEN

Estrogen administred to speedup delivery it increases the strength,ability and tone which prepare uterine to muscle for delivery.

3.OXYTOCIN

Oxytocin is a common drug to increase the uterine contractions and initiate lactation.This drug act by stimulating uterine muscle to contract and also helps in productions of prostaglandins which increase the contractions further more.
