C. This plan should include a robust answering service. Explain how the service would work
D. How would your division address complaints
E. How would your division address new equipment contracts
F. How would your division address educational training to meet each component of a compliance program
G. Lastly, as the executive you need to hire a new director to cover your three largest services. In doing so, you later realize based on meetings with the new director that your policies are out of date and moral is down. How would you effect change?
A.Medical staff in the hospital
includes the physicians,surgeons,nursing staff,pharmacists,lab
technicians ,social workers and administrative staff,billing
operators etc.staff related to medical and non medical staff.
Ambulatory care division staff usuaslly based on the local needs
,resources i.e area covered and the population covered by the
ambulatory care division.
B.Community physicians visits the patients mostly evenings
,weekends and health education given during visits,they spend time
during visit and more difficulty to refer to specialists unless
they have major problem .
C.This ambulatory care division is differs from the hospiatal
setting treatment and the tests,they only request for most needed
tests to do and the medication based on the diagnosis of particular
problem they suggests.
D.complaints can be addressed by making policy to complaint about
services if services are unsatisfactory,or can make a phone call to
the service centre.when an ambulatory care division get a complaint
against the service they provide,tries to resolve immediately to
reduce inconvenience to patients.
