Companies have always needed good and motivated employees and frontline employees are key for your customer experience because they have the potential to make or break a reputation in an instant. They perform the client-facing role iin which they interacts directly with a customer, sometimes in person. It also include a personal financial planner, where the client discusses and explains their goals and investment needs. Both parties use this interaction to decide if or how the needs can be met.This helps to create a more satisfying customer experience, increases customer loyalty, and ultimately drives increased profitability.
Therefore this interfacing have a positive effect in a company's profitability. Thus we can say that ever company should needs to take into consideration the additional factors that yield profitability at every level in the organization, which includes technology that supports front-line employees, hiring good quality of employees and training practices; and remuneration which is linked to employee performance. As this will lead to customer satisfaction which will helps the company to increse their productivity, and higher productivity means greater profitability.
