How do young adults, between the ages 18-24, new languages and behaviors inspire people that are both younger and older than them?
18 to 24 age adults are matured and willing to learn numerous things. They are the key to numerous markets, from mobile to fashion and technology. This age group constitutes the majority of spenders and most of the countries in the world have majority of this age groups population amongst the youth.
As they are profligate but at the same time have clear formed perceptions, they are able to influence large part of the population.
The people who are younger than them try to learn from them as the young adults are worldly and have reached the stage where they have almost completed their education and know a great deal about the world. They are entering the job market and learning new things, meeting new people and gaining all that knowledge which makes them an epitome of perfection in the mind of the younger generation.
The people who are older than them try to gauge this generations behaviour and languages as they are more modern and open minded to learn new things. The older generation feels inspired as young adults are open to learn and express their feelings more openly and learn new cultures wherein they get to learn new languages. The older generation didn't have the means or open mindedness to learn new things.
