Perform at least one exercise for each major muscle group on a stability ball. On another day, perform the same exercises in a stationary position Report the following. List the exercises you performed. Were you able to use the same weight on the stability ball? If not, why do you think you could not use as much resistance? What populations would benefit from stability ball training? Are there certain individuals who should not use a stability ball? How will this learning experience and the knowledge you have gained from it help you in your future training endeavors?

In this test, I choose to perform dumbbell press for the chest muscles, one arm dumbbell triceps extension for the triceps muscles, dumbbell hammer curl for bicep muscles, supine pullover with dumbbell for the back muscles, seated dumbbell press for the shoulder muscles, one-leg lunges with dumbbell for legs, and crunch for abdominal. After performing these exercises on stability ball and stationary position, I found that we could not perform the weight on the stability ball as well we perform in the stationary position. This is because we require focus on our balance when we perform the same exercises on the stability ball. Stability and balance is important for people who want to perform drills on the stability ball. Moreover, people should not perform heavy load on the stability ball. This is because people might get a higher risk to get hurt when they use heavy weight on unstable place. People who in the process of rehabilitative are the most appropriate population to use stability ball in the exercises because stability ball can help patients get a greater range of motion on their exercises ,especially on the abdominal exercises. beginners should avoid using stability ball to perform exercises. This is because beginner should learn the skills and postures in the early stage. However, performing on the stability ball can distract their attention to keep their balance. Also, people who get legs injuries should avoid using stability ball because people require to use their legs to make stability when they use the stability ball. This learning experience and knowledge help me realize how to use stability ball in training. There are lots of advantage of using stability ball. First, I can improve my posture by using stability ball. This is because stability ball can help me get a greater ROM in workout. Besides the stability ball can help me improve my posture, it also can help me improve my balance. More specific,I require keep my balance when I work on unstable surface. Lastly, stability ball can help me improve my core. Most exercises that I work on the stability ball is required use core. Also, using stability ball on training can make workout becomes more challenge.

Two billiard balls with the same mass m move in the direction of one another. Ball one travels in the positive x-direction with a speed of V1i, and ball two travels in the negative x-direction with a speed of V2i. The two balls collide elastically, and both balls change direction after collision. If the initial speeds of the balls were v1i=2.0m/s and v2i =1.0m/s, what would be the final speed and direction of ball two, v2f, in m/s?    Thank...
