One example of the insect bite that requires medical attention is the tick bite.
Lyme disease is caused by the bacteria Borrelia burgdorferi, which is transmitted by the black-legged ticks. The most common symptoms is its characteristic rash that looks like a bulls' eye, The rash is not painful but the patients suffer from palpitations, joint pains, neck stiffness, headache, etc.
