The company also binds up with an organization that is ready to help them for the regular check- up of health and wellness of their employees and their families and provide them facilities of insurance and also arranged marathons last year for the people too well, and get moving. The Company’s average age has let fall to about 30. A large part of the workforce belongs to the second and third- generation employees. The people who joined as an intern are also with the company till now. There is also an all- women group called ‘Apna Adda’ which gives a platform to all the ladies to do a get- together and discussing every type of issues, whether in connection to their personal life or professional life. The company Forbes is an ideal for every organization, this company is very supportive to their employees whether it is financially or emotionally (Entropy). For example, if there is any untoward incident happens in the family of the employees then the company is ready to provide help give their spouse work and in case children are left with no parents then the company takes responsibility of the children and provide them better education and accommodation. Therefore, employee care grows and develops the future of the company.
