the structure of the:
Cell membrane: phospholipid bilayer, contains membrane protein which helps in transport of substances. Fluid like substance present inside cell membrane called cytoplasm.
Cell wall: present in plants, fungus and bacteria cells. In plant it is made up of -cellulose, in fungi-chitin, in bacteria-peptidoglycan.it is the dead component of the cell.
Nucleus: Centrally located yellowish structure, double membrane structure containing fluid like part called nucleoplasm.if contains the thread-like structures called chromosome, which are made up of DNA.
Nucleolus: It is a part of the nucleus where it is more darker yellowish colour, due to the presence of more number of chromosome.
Ribosomes: It is composed of rRNA and protein. help in synthesis of protein, located in the cytoplasm or on mitochondria or endoplasmic reticulum.
Rough/ Smooth ER:
Rough ER (RER) are composed of lipids, though ribosomes are present on its surface so synthesizes protein. Cisternae and vesicle are also present which help in the packaging and distribution of substances.
Smooth ER (SER) acts as a storage organelle of lipids and steroids. Ribosomes are not present but synthesize lipids, and detoxify the toxic products in the liver.
