Answer:- there are many leadership styles in the manner and approaches of providing direction, implementing plans and motivating people
Autocratic leadership :- in this leadership approach the leader will tell the employees what to do and how to do without any discussion with the other employees.
Democratic leadership :- in this leadership approach the leader includes one or more employees participation in the decision process
Laissez fair:- in this approach the leader allows the employees to make the decision but the leader is still responsible for all the decisions.
Through by point of you a leader should be Democratic because the employees should be participative and motivated to work if they are not motivated to work then the leader must not be a good motivator or a good leader because leadership skills includes that the leader should be a good motivator for their employees.
The leader should also be a good negotiator because
He must be competitive:- their personality should be result driven. This negotiator are strategic thinker.
He must be collaborative :- they are open and honest and understands the concerns and interest of the others. They make sure that both the parties should be satisfied.
He must be compromising :- they compromise with what is fair for both the parties and finding middle ground.
Avoiding style:- Their personality should be avoiding the dislike negotiations.
Accommodating :- they spend a great deal of time building and maintaining relationship with the other party. They are highly sensitive to emotions, relationships and body language within the negotiation situation.
By doing this the leader should be a good leader and a leader motivate most of the employees by doing this. And it will make a great leaders in a company or in a organization.
