After reviewing the background materials in this module as well as in previous modules, discuss how organizational health policies, based in federal health care financing policies such as Medicaid, Medicare, and the ACA, can impact the social determinants of health and address health disparities. Be sure to reference specific aspects of these federal policies.

Hospitals also focus on the scarce resources within netwotk to provide quality of care and to respond efficiently to population health needs.

--Due to the present health care organisations helps patients have more informed about their disease and healthcare systems mainly focus on patient , disease prevention and ongoing management of chronic illness.

Due to this legislation, critical care hospitals and smaller health care organizations start to merge and providing quality of health care to all patients.

-- The patients in the medicare has the service that the cost of drugs will be reduced and can have affordable lower price of drugs available.

-- The healthcare systems provide better infrastructre to avoid technological errors when treating patients and people in the communities.

--The centre for Medicare and medicaid innovation also established the Accountable health communities model developed to test ways to integrating health and social services. These address social needs like housing instability, food insecurity , transportation needs and utility assistance and domestic voilence . These policies plans healthcare to all patients with quality of care and treatment.

Social determinants of health:

The Social determinants of health can impact the mortality , morbidity, life expectancy, health care expenditures and health status of people. these can also cause major disparities in the health and healthcare.

- In the case of the race and ethnicity, the patients did not see doctor due to cost and also there is delayed medical care due to cost of prescibed drugs. These situations made patients to not use the adequate medical dose of the trearment due to the high cost of drugs.

- Healthcare organizations should improve the better healthcare access to the people underreserved of race and ethnicity.
