In Canada. During past few years, federal and provincial government has made considerable progress in establishing a pharma care plans. Facilities and policies are made to Improve drug access and affordability. It covers eligible prescription drugs and medical supplies through drug plan.

Equity- in 2015 Canadian pharmacist Association has made certain principles for pharma care to provide equal access to necessary medication and services that provides support to medication use , regardless of income and postal code, it ensures the drug system which is affordable and sustainable.

Access - Canadian have an access to system that provides accessibility to medicine considered appropriate by their health care provider for the patient, medicine are provided at low cost so that they can afford specialized medicine .at low price.It remove all barriers to assessment
