You are a member of the committee that will determine the needs for a new pharmacy system for the hospital. Describe in about 10-12 lines the steps of the process and the important issues which the committee should study during the "needs assessment phase" of the project.

For determining the needs for a new pharmacy system for hospital ,the following steps should be taken in the process of needs assessment phase of the project.

1. BRAINSTORMING AND PLANNING -

The first step is to gather the group of people like staff , consumer , people in leadership etc. who will serve as a task force and also gather  team of key stake holders. , also address the questions like frequency, duration ,scope and perception.

2. GUIDING DOCUMENTS -

After planning ,Analysing and feedback is taken from tasks force and on the basis of feedback a document is published to key stakeholders.

3. SECONDARY DATA COLLECTION-

A secondary data is collected to support the questions asked in surveys , interview etc.

4. PRIMARY DATA COLLECTION -

It is method in which data is collected from the people through written , or electronic survey , interview etc

5. DATA ANALYSIS -

On the basis of data collected, the quantitative and qualitative analysis is made and result are put into graphics and other presentable formats.

6. DISSEMINATION -

The dissemination is done on the basis of analysis, including formal written report, social media etc. The dissemination must be done in proposal forms and Alston program design, evaluation and strategic planning.

1. To analyze the needs of community and group, what people think about the project and each standard changes.

2, to get more honest and objective description of needs and to become aware of possible needs.

3. Equity and consider differences in population and social pathology.

4. To get more group and community support, involve more people in project.

5. To prepare a document of needs that helps in funding of project.
