Discussion 4 is about your selected company " Google".
1. The name of the company or companies you selected for your term paper - if you are writing on 2 companies, it is ok to just pick one.
2. Cite the industry the company is in.
3. Name a leading competitor.
4. Cite two (2) examples of how your firm uses Non-price competition in the market.
5. After discussing your company, give an example of how Non-Price competition has influenced a recent buying decision from a seller. In other words, name a product or service you have recently purchased and a non-price reason as to why you bought it. The seller can be one of the above companies or another brand or firm whose products you enjoy.
For example: Why you selected or switched to a specific cable provider; the reason you chose a specific vehicle; or why a brand of toothpaste was purchased. It is acceptable to use your own company in your example.

4) Example1 : Branding:- Google created its own brand image thus making the company to further explore new products and enter new services thus leading to use the brand image to create market for its new products which is a non price competition
Example2 : Advertising: By building a brand loyality google to grow its revenue google also improve its advertising sites which will create them revenue it is one form of non pricing competition in the market where it is getting revenue just by advertisements
5) Example Iphone X
Just the brand value of Iphone from the company Apple made the seller to buy the product because Apple Iphone will not be cared by the people just because of its service , branding and packing itself is enough for the people to buy. People even before the product launch are crazy about the productjust because of the Brand value and The Name Apple.
