A diet with ample carbohydrate ensures an adequate supply of oxaloacetate because glucose produces (glycerol, pyruvate, or acetyl CoA) during glycolysis.
In the electron transport chain, the coenzyme,( B vitamin niacin, B vitamin thiamine, or B vitamin biotin) , passes hydrogen and electrons to oxygen to form water, which is essential to life.
In the Cori cycle or anaerobic glycolysis, (acetyl CoA, ADP, or ATP) is released to convert lactate to glucose, which is returned to the muscles for energy.
Glucose metabolism which means converts glucose into energy for cell utilization. The rnergy mostly in the form of ATP.The body usually derives glucose from carbohydrates.Cabohydrate metabolism is a biochemical processes responsible for the metabolic formation. Thus convertion of glucose results in the formation of pyruvate, glycerol etc.
Electron transport chain
Electron transport chain is a system of molecules which electron transferred to generate ATP.It is important in cellular respiration.
Niacin produced from the NAD+ coenzyme. That helps in the oxidation reaction where alcohol converted to ketone or aldehyde. It is essential in the electron transport chain.
Te riboflavin, vitamin b2,are coenzyme flavin adenine dinucleotide. These coenzyme serves as hydrogen carriers for oxidation reaction that affect energy nutrients in the electron transport chain.
* important. Thiamin helps to convert carbohydrate as energy. It is essential for glucose metabolism. It is a type of water soluble vitamins.
Biotin which helps involving the fats and carbohydrate metabolism to obtain further products and energy .
When compare these above mentioned three vitamins ,whole are involves to give their own contribution in ETS system and the niacin is more essential for ETS beacuse of carbohydrate metabolism as well as the energy formation.
