What’s the purpose of producing food more than the population? What they will do with theexpired food ? How can they fix this problem?

Solutions

Expert Solution

ANS- The population of human is increasing day by day and this increases demand accordingly. Farmers can use different pesticides and can alter genes to increase yield if plants and livestock.

Food security is the ability of human populations to access food of sufficient quality and quantity. The rapid increasing human population around the world has resulted in a rising demand for food worldwide. Some people suggest that current levels of food production will not meet the projected demands in the coming years due to which production of food is more than the population demanded.

The expire food is nothing to do with it will be wasted only. In some instances, this expired food will be used to feed the other animal for ex- bread is used to feed dogs and cows, milk is used to feed cats, rice is used to feed cows and buffalos etc.

The only way to fix this problem is to produce only if required and in a predetermined quantity. This can be done by using a simple technique of producing food in the quantity required.
