Message or an Ad becomes misleading when:-

• When an information is falsely used to advertise products that do not disclose its source.
• Commonly occurs when advertiser misleads the consumer dishonestly.
• Gives false impression of the products capabilities.
• They become misleading when the messages or the Ads does not include any relevant information that the user requires.
• Message or Ad may Omit or skim important information.
• For Example:- Advertisements prescribe drugs or machines for various treatments.
• But they do not display the important side effects.
• Hidden fees also becomes misleading to trick the consumers incharging Excess fees .
• Like the tax, Insurance fees or the shipping fees.
• Manipulation of measurements will be used by the advertisers in which a seller misleads the consumer by informing them the facts, data, confusing or not true.
• Use of false terms which are often used to make the advertisement seem attractive mislead the consumers by using the terms which are actually true or not suitable for the product.
• Other form of misleading information is by providing false illustration of the products,image they will be Exaggerately displayed by Photoshop , which do not actually be the same.
