Abswer:

The word cryophobia means fear of cold or extreme cold. Polly is some kind of patient who is suffering from this mental disease. Frist of all polly should not go for snow skiing because it is not good for polly's health. On the other side the owner of the ski Bill requires that all the skiers sign an agreement which includes that facing of any kind of accident or the negligence results injury, the company is not responsible for any personal loss, the skier agrees and signed on the form of terms and conditions of the company papper. Polly fell down on the steepest slopes and breaking her leg . Polly had signed the agreement and now she cannot claim the Bill's company or Bill nor she can use such words that she has not warned of conditions on the slopes. One of the condition on signed agreement is company is not responsible for negligence results injury. Othe the other hand polly is suffering from cryophobia due to this she may be fell down with her phobia. Nobody can complaint the Bill because Bill runs the company according to the rules and regulations.
