Therefore if such an ammendment is passed, it can be detrimental to the american democracy. The state rule will increase disregarding the individualistic nature, they will have power to change the judgment of the Supreme Court showing the powers aren't seperated anymore. Indirectly, the judiciary would be working under the legislature. Their excess power could be misused as well as there wouldn't be any other body to keep a check on them. Such an ammendment would increaese the state interference in a country that inherently individualistic in nature and would undermine the authority of the Judiciary that inherently is elected in such a democracy. Its inherent nature is to be involved with the legislature as less as possibe, as against other democracies.
