Ans.) People have build their homes in Florida in areas that experience hurricanes and Californians in the areas vulnerable to earthquakes and forest fires. Yes, government should enforce law which helps the people residing in Natural Calamity Regions with the insurance policy that covers the important assets of the people. Also, insurance policies should be in favour of the residents residing in these areas. Hence, a well planned insurance policy should be framed and it should include the better claim terms and conditions. The people living in these areas are most prone to the Hurricanes, Earthquakes, Forest Fires, etc. so the residents should be provided with insurance that cover their most basic requirements.

The people residing in these areas don't have any other option hence they should be covered with insurance so that they get at least a little of what they have lost in the national calamity. And, insurance also helps the families those who have lost their earning member, so that they may feed their family until something is arrange for them.

Also, government should provide the subsidies to the people residing in these areas, as it will encourage the people to live in these areas. Subsidies should be given on the basis of permanent citizenship of these areas. The subsidies and insurance can help the people living in earthquake, hurricane, forest fires, etc. prone area a better and relaxed life.
