men to design and carry out project activities.

- Teaching women condom use skills ,positive attitudes and norms
towards consistent use of condoms.
- Emphasizing their partners involvement in practicing safer sex
and discussing the cultural and gender related issues.
5.Interventions to improve employment outcomes for HIV infected
people:
- For people living with HIV ,loss of job can make it harder to
cope with their illness.
- Along with ART therapy , make changes to their working
environment and offer psychological support to cope up with their
illness ,especially at work.
