What ethical principles, moral obligations, and professional commitments beyond pure self-interest are motivating my efforts to maintain my personal health?
*Ethical principles to maintain personal health care includes
the following-
1.Autonomy-it refers to right of the person to retain control over
their own body.
2.Beneficience - it refers to the medical practitioners should do
all the benefit in each situation without persons self
intrest.
3.Maleficience-it refers to avoiding doing the harm to the person
by the medical professional decision making.
4.Mustice-showing fairness in all medical treatments in time of
scare resources.
*Moral obligations to maintain personal health-
1.Freedom of action-freedom to follow healthy or unhealthy
behaviour,hence it is one's own responsibility to prevent disease
and protect health when the facilities are available.
2.Sense of identification with one's action-person must be able to
identify the results of his own health behaviour,if needs
,unhealthy behaviour must be changed to promote health.
*professional commitments to maintain personal health-
-commitments pave the way for a more successful life.
-work and life must be given equal importance in maintaining
healthy lifestyle.
-taking nutritious diet ,doing exercises and practicing relaxation
techniques will maintain the health of the individual.
