b. There is a uniformly charged spherical shell, whose inner and outer radii are R1 and R2, and whose charge density is p. Let R1 = 0.034 m, R2 = 0.046 m, and the charge density 0.01 microCoulomb/m3. What is the magnitude of the electric field, in N/C, at a distance 0.077 m from the center of the sphere?
