The sexually abused child medical examination: the child should be examined by a physician who has experience in the child gynecology and forensic medicine, and first the history to be taken when taking the history from the patient physician should be cool and patient because the child is in traumatic state and then the child answers are documented verbatim by person in the psychology of legal testimony and then the child is physically examined , the examination should include whole body and private parts of the child , for better results the tests are conducted within 24 hours then the bruises on the child will not be healed and also on the private parts because the injuries on the private parts are heals fast and examination includes the private part palpation (anal) and examination of the child with instrument assisted vaginal examination for (prepubertal girl), and the semen of the abuser is collected from the abused child from the private part , cloths and bed linen and then taken to the forensic examination and the child hymenal opening examination (diameter) etc.
