The Resort managers usually refer to the Human Resource managers for developing strategies for the problems, as luxury hotels and resorts are the spaces where human hospitality is practised, the problems related to the hospitality and humans are presented in front of the human resource managers usually. The human resource manager deals with the effective management of people in any organization so that it helps the business gain more profits and maximize the performance of employees. The resort manager refers to the HR director so that the problems related to the strategies for the hotel can be solved.

Q2. 1. The HR director has to first get on board and accept his duties not only related to the company but also the environmental strategy. The HR director has to look into environmental sustainability too.
