Rural health has been of great importance and over years, many health programs have been implemented to create awareness .If physical activity is to be introduced to children and adoloscencewe can bring about a social change in creating new forms of physical education. For example new games can be introduced .often children view physical education as a part of their curriculum and fail to understand the benefits of good physical activity .children can be motivated to doing more physical activity by using innovative methods.Like children can be given cycles to move  around in the villages.the children should also be aware of ill effects of no pshycial activity.

How do we get the children to do this? Different communication channels are there, word of mouth , in rural settings most commonly used is advertising through sound speakers where all can hear. On hearing curiosity is generated to find out what it is.

On hearing children gather to find out . Once they are convinced that it has health benefits and phsyical exercise helps in mental and physical health . They take more effort to find out how physical exercise can help them. They will try to see if what they had been told was beneficial.

They would adopt it and use it benefit. this is based on their satisfaction of finding out how accurate the information given was true.

Adherence to physical activity is a must. Children often consider activity as a routine .Innovative ideas of how it can be made more intresting.
