How do we get the children to do this? Different communication channels are there, word of mouth , in rural settings most commonly used is advertising through sound speakers where all can hear. On hearing curiosity is generated to find out what it is.
On hearing children gather to find out . Once they are convinced that it has health benefits and phsyical exercise helps in mental and physical health . They take more effort to find out how physical exercise can help them. They will try to see if what they had been told was beneficial.
They would adopt it and use it benefit. this is based on their satisfaction of finding out how accurate the information given was true.
